What is a theophany - Christophany - angelophany? It is about appearances, types, pictures, (allegories) of God, angels, or even a pre-incarnate appearances of Jesus. This verse-by-verse in-context study series will introduce how New Testament authors explain fulfillments of Old Testament types of God and Christ. Their way of explaining theophanies gives us principles, rules and methods how we should find and interpret typology in Old Testament Scripture. This series is not to proof Christ; it is to know Christ. As Bible translation the ESV is chosen.
