Putting ministry before God

Although I hate to admit it, I often find myself spending so much time on ministry or work that I do not have enough time to pray, worship, and read the Bible.
People sometimes tell me that they feel I put my ministry or work before them.
I spend so much time doing ministry that I find it difficult to receive ministry.
If someone examined my life, especially how I spend my time, they might struggle to see that my priorities were God first and family second.
I often feel irritated by those who want to spend time with me, especially those close to me.
I often feel condemned or guilty because I have not spent time with God.
