Selfish ambition

Having a stropng sense of competition regarding something that is not normally competitive (such as a game or a sport).
Striving against another person.
Acting in ways that seem to set people agatnst each other or seem to create disunity.
Comparing oneself with others in terms of numbers and quantities (e.g. size of budget, number of church members, scope of responsibilities).
Thinking myself significant because I have a larger (ministry, budget, workload, membership, etc.) than another leader.
Speaking or acting in ways that criticize, undermine, disparage, tear down, or in other ways harm another leader or his/her organization, ministry, achievements, etc.
Speaking or acting in ways that harm another leader's relationships.
