Wrong leadership
I have used guilt or shame to get others to do what I want or think best.
I have demanded that others do what I want or follow my rules.
I have controlled others by my strong personality, heavy-handed persuasion, or the use of fear or intimidation.
I have expected to be in charge because I am the "leader".
I have tried to get others to do what I want using rules, regulations, and standards.
I have striven to get or maintatn a position or role in order to accomplish my agenda."
I have assumed responsibility for the lives and well-being of other adults under my leadership.
I have driven others and myself harder and harder in order to achieve the vision.
I have been stubborn and rigid in my leadership.
I have required people under my leadership to do what I say, when I say it and how I say it.
I have expected others to work as hard as I do if they want my approval.
I have never been really satisfied with the performance of others I lead.
